Our Training Programs

At SECURITAZ Security; we take pride in providing the best possible training to our officers and supervisors. We believe that training will prepare our officers for real-life situations at our client post. It’s important to hire the highest quality individuals with the best instincts for the work, and we must sharpen and refine those basic talents with quality training.

We are committed to ensuring that all Security Officers are adequately trained to fulfill their obligations, and our training programs is included with,

• Security Guard Basic Training

Our Basic training program is designed to equip each individual with the knowledge of Basic Security Procedures before the assignment of Duties.
This training module covers Security Guard Duties & Responsibilities, Code of Ethics, Legal Powers & Limitations, Access Control Procedures, Search & Screening, Voice Procedures, Report Writing, Public Relations & Customer Care, Emergency Response Procedures, Workplace First Aid and Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting.
We ensure that at the end of each training course, every officer is individually assessed as to his/her capability in a written examination.

• Supervisory Training

Observation and inspection are another part of the training of Security Officers. We provide supervisory training to all Team Leaders and Supervisors. This training module covers supervision, Leadership, Human Relationship Management, Report Writing, Investigation, Conflict Management and Emergency Response.

• Refresher Training

We provide mandatory refresher training to all our security personnel twice a year. The training is structured to provide the student with updated and enhanced information on the duties and responsibilities of a security guard. Topics include the role of the security guard, legal powers and limitations, emergency response, communications and public relations, access control, and ethics and conduct.

• Pre-Job Orientation Training

According to each client's requirements, our Security Officers are given appropriate pre-job orientation training. This training is based on the client's specifications, job complexity, and level of responsibility. The duration of training is 16 hours and will be taught over two (8 hours) sessions. This training shall be contained nine (9) mandated topic areas of study that will conclude with the required one hour for review and examination
